In the Christian life, as in most things, you’re always growing… in one direction or the other. Either you’re growing your bank account or growing in debt. Either you’re working hard at staying in shape or you’re loosing the “battle of the bulge.”

We possess a continual potential for growth, be it good or bad.

Salvation, thank God, is a Jesus thing. When we accept Jesus’ life & sacrificial death on the cross as payment for our sin – something we could never earn on our own – our debt is paid in full, once for all, & heaven is are reward. So when we talk about working towards growth in the Christian life, we’re not talking about working to earn our own “Get out of Hell” pass from God. Not possible... not going to happen. Instead, we’re working to live up to what we've been called to in Jesus – a new life of love, service & relationship with God & others.

TCN Home Groups meet throughout the community during the week & allow for personal openness, encouragement & growth that isn’t possible in a large group, traditional church setting. This is a time to connect with others on a deeper level of friendship & accountability. While formats vary from group to group, most get together to informally study the Bible & get to know one another better. Discussions range from the week’s sermon to pertinent issues being faced by group members. Feel free to check out any of the groups – we would love to grow along side you.
